Joe Avery & Family

Joe Avery is a wonderful husband and father. He is a hardworking, dedicated, and loving man. He is always the first one to go out of his way to help anyone who needs it and is always putting others before himself. He is genuinely a good man with a good heart and soul. He is married to Laura Avery and, together, they have five children; Brianna, Mindy, Alyssa, Vanessa, and Julia. They also have three grandchildren; Levi, Natalie, and Kaison. 

Joe is at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. He was just diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic non-small cell carcinoma. The cancer is in his lungs and in his bones. The doctors have said that there is not much that they can do and they are trying to just keep him comfortable. We are all praying so hard for a miracle and for him to be healed. 

Joe and Laura own a small masonry business. Joe runs the business and works almost every day of the week. He is one of the hardest working people that I know. With this new diagnosis and hospitalization, Joe is unable to work and they aren't sure what to do.
