Joan Kaczmarczyk's house fire

Joan has been an employee of Grove Hill Medical Center, now Starling Physicians for the past 38 years.  She awoke to a fire at 6am this morning in her home that started in her bedroom.  Although she, her roommate and 3 of her pets safely made it out of the house, sadly she lost 3 of her cats in this fire.    Joan lost all of her personal belongs and the other rooms in her house have significant smoke and water damage.  At this time, her house is uninhabitable and all of her clothes were destroyed.  She and her roommate are looking for a temporary  place to live and possbily shelter for their animals.  I'm sure that any assistance will be sincerely appreciated.

Joan is  a member of the CT Valley Siberian Husky Club and has several of her own huskies.  The name of her team is Moondance Huskies and she brings them to local schools for sledding demonstrations.
