Rick’s Medical Expenses

For those who don’t know My dad , Rick Bowman was recently hospitalized for 131 days, 70 of those days he was on life support and went through 9 surgeries from June to October. Thankfully he has been able to come home but he still has a long road ahead. He still remains on a feeding tube and has to make  frequent trips from Grundy to Charlottesville where all of his doctors are. He, like most of us, is on a fixed income making it hard to cover the cost of travel back and fourth. We are asking for any amount of help to cover travel to and from appointments, cost of over night lodging for his trips to the doctor and gas. Any amount would be greatly appreciated and we would be thankful for any help you may be able to give. My dad has always been a hard worker and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need and would be so thankful for anyone who could help him out as well.
