We have been living part time in Panama for 8 years and have come to love the coffee produced there from the area called Boquete, Panama. This is the mountainous western area near Volcan Baru, the highest peak in Panama, 11,982'. We bring back lots of coffee each month to give to our friends and they have encouraged us to start a small import business to share this great coffee with others in the USA.
One of the great pioneer coffee producing families in Panama has awarded us the opportunity to import their fine coffee into the USA.
The Tedman and MacIntyre families have been growing coffee in the Boquete valley since 1895 and produce one of the finest coffees available from Panama.
We need a kick start to help us bring in a larger quantity of coffee than we are currently doing. The $50,000 figure will enable us to bring in our first large container of coffee. We would love to send to each of our contributors of $150 a box of 12 bags of the finest coffee from Boquete, Panama. Each bag is 425 grams of whole bean arabica coffee. Once you try this coffee you will have a hard time going back to what you are currently drinking. We think it is one of the best coffees in the world and certainly superior to the vast majority of coffee shop offerings.
If you would like to contribute a smaller amount to help us get started, please do so. We welcome any amount. We will gladly send you a sample of our coffee. We will send you a 425 gram bag with your $16 contribution or a 212 gram bag with your $10 contribution.
