Everyone has dreams, and reasons for those dreams. As a child, my husband was troubled, steered in the wrong path and lost as many kids are. After being sent from home to home throughout childhood he made a decision to do whatever he could to get into the Army at required age and did just that. He grew as a person throughout the years and found his calling as a supporter, leader and motivator. He has helped many throughout his life and continues to reachout in every aspect. We are a family of eight, children ranging from 20 to 12 weeks old and all share the same passion in life, Jiu jitsu. As a soldier, he was always looking for an outlet in the civilized world and stumbled upon this amazing art. After sharing it with the children they built a bond that was unbreakable and that was the beginning of our journey.
This dream has been something they talk about and visualize often. Not just a personal accomplishment is in mind, but a family one. They have worked together, struggled and never gave up once. When a setback was there, they laced up their shoes and ran again because they deserve to finish what they started. Recently we ran across a few people who decided that our families dream was not within reach and we were told to steer clear from pursuing it. I can assure you that this just made us want it more. I have decided to do everything in my power to give my family something they deserve. The chance to build, the chance to help change lives, the chance to grow and empower others in the same industry, the chance to show what this art has done for those in need of filling a void. We are a family of one, on a mission, and need the support of everyone who understands what a dream truly is. Our work is in motion for every child, teen and adult alike. We look forward to showing everyone LOVE in this art. Thank you all for helping make our dream come true.
