James Smith / rare cancer

Our friend James Smith has been diagnosed with very rare sinus cancer . He is longtime Slidell resident , and locally owns Sheetrock business. He has a wife and three children . He was diagnosed and basically told nothing could be done in January and was given a month to live .  I was in the right place at the right time and heard of a story of someone else with almost same diagnosis and was put in contact with a specialist that is doing all he can to help . He is undergoing chemo and radiation. Tonight he is back in St Tammany hospital with heart failure and cellulitis in both legs . Financially they are completely depleted. Also has medical bills and some medications not covered by insurance. Chanel 4 news reporter Megan will be interviewing him tomorrow morning from his hospital room , there hoping this may help him raise funds as well . We appreciate everyone’s prayers and thoughts for him and his family at this time .
