Jim Walsh

On August 15, 2018, Jim has had a life changing spinal cord injury as a result of an auto accident. Because of the nature of his injury, we will not know the significance of his condition for quite some time.  He suffered a broken neck at the C6, C7, and C8 vertebrae.

He required emergency surgery, stayed in critical care in the hospital for several days, and was recently transferred to Marianjoy Rehabilitation Center for further recovery.

We are raising money to support Jim, his wife Kathy, and children Kaleigh, McKenna, Faith and Kevin to get all of the necessary help and support they need during this difficult time.  In addition to Jim's medical bills, Faith and Kevin have ongoing medical conditions.  At a young age, Faith was misdiagnosed and just recently discovered to have epilepsy.  Kevin also has severe cognitive disabilities and will require lifelong care.

Modifications to Jim's home, medical equipment, adaptive equipment for driving and helping with all the normal bills are just a few of the many things this account is designed to help with. 

All of the funds will directly go to Jim and his family.
