Jiffy needs surgery

Hi. My daughter‘s kitty, Jiffy, was hit and run on Friday afternoon. He’s a semi-feral cat we adopted who is bonded to our other cat licking him in the photo. He’s a fighter and clearly wants to live. But he needs $15810 surgery to fix his back, cast his leg, and figure out why he is anemic. Prognosis is good, but expensive for us. Can you help us give this little, black, semi feral kitty the rest of his life?
