One more day for Duffy

My son, Duffy, is 43 and a single dad. His children are 20 to 9 years. He also has cancer. He's been through three rounds of chemo with no improvement and it is spreading. His immune system is severely compromised. The Drs say he needs to be admitted to the hospital NOW, but the hospital they want to admit him to is three hours away or one an hour and a half away. Duffy hasn't been able to work in over a year. We have been making it on my disability income. We don't have the money to get him to the hospital or to get what he needs while he is treated. He also doesn't want to be away from his children. He feels like he needs to be with them while he can. We need to be there with him for support and so he can be with his children. The way things are we won't even be able to visit him. He needs to be admitted now. The Drs say he should avoid stress. All he does is worry about his children, trying to get better and how to make it one more day. He suffers so much. I want him to be able to do whatever he needs to get better. I don't like it but we need help.  He needs help with travel expenses, medications and medical supplies that aren't covered, and for the children and I to stay with him at least a couple of days a week so he won't be alone. He has problems eating so he needs the things he can eat  and he needs fluids that provide him with nutrients and protein. Please keep him in your prayers. He is such a good person. His whole world is his children and they would be devastated without him. Thank you.
