Matt Messer’s Fire Recovery Fund

A rental property that we own caught on fire today. Our friend Matt is one of our tenants. The fire started in the upstairs unit and spread to Matt’s residence. Fortunately Matt wasn’t home but he has lost everything. While the fire damage in his place wasn’t horrible the water and smoke damage has ruined everything. For those of you who know Matt he is always smiling and would help out anyone at any time no questions asked.
