On December 8th Francisco was taken from his job at Tyl Middle School by ambulance for a stroke. He was in the hospital for a week and discharged home with in-home services. Francisco's dominant  right side has been affected. The first few days in the hospital he couldn't speak well or move his limbs  Currently OT, PT, Speech and a visiting nurse come to his home twice a week  HIs cognitive abilities are affected, along with attention, memory, and decision making.  Currently we are working on getting him outpatient care which I would have to transport him too along with multiple specialists that he will now need to see.  Francisco is the main income for his household. Erica works part time in order to care for their minor children, as well as the extra responsibilities that are required for a stroke patient. This past Saturday 1/8/22 we had another scare in which Francisco was transported back to the hospital by ambulance with stroke like symptoms as of now no new changes showed.
