Jhanney played trombone at Woodlawn Jr High and at PNG High School, and she ran track in school. Jhanney knew that her first niece had been born before passing. She died peaceful in a car accident.
Jhanney attended Stephen F Austin University and is buried at Greenlawn with her grandmother at her feet and great - grandmother to her side.

A number of the classmates have asked why Jhanney doesn't have a marker. message me and I will tell you why. I want one and I just can't afford to pay for it all be myself but if friends can help that would make it easier on me. When Greenlawn gets it in the Class of 1975 and anyone else who knew Jhanney will be welcomed to come out to the cemetery for a memorial service to place the headstone and have it blessed.
