To all of my beloved family and wonderful friends,
Here is an update.
On Monday my uncle Daniel was laid to rest with a proper Jewish burial. I am absolutely overwhelmed by all the support, emotional and financial, that my friends and family have offered! Because of all of this support we are able to also order a headstone, written in Hebrew, for Uncle Dan. The headstone will be placed between 6 months and 1 year from burial (there seems to be some discussion over what is a proper amount of time). This fundraiser will end soon however I will keep it up so that I can continue to update everyone with pictures of the headstone (could take weeks) and receipts from the expenditures of your donations.
