Stage 5 Kidney Failure

I am asking for any help possible. MY husband Jesus A Aguiniga who is 25 years young, just recentyly found on March 6 2015 that he has Satge 5 Kidney Failure. 

Since we just recently moved to Hawaii he was out looking for a job. There was one company who was interested in him and asked to do his drug test and his background check, they even needed a eye exam from him so they know he would be able to read his orders out. 

The lady who did his eye exam wasnt able to get a perscribtion for him so she did more tests on him and an ultrasound in the back of his eyes and she then notice blood spots and bleeding in the back of his eyes. she told us to take him into the ER immediantly. 

We went right away into Queens Hospital where his blood pressure was checked and it was at 236/120.

they took him in the back right away and did a EKG and X-rays and then lots of blood works as well a urine test.
His blood pressure stayed high so they didnt released him until a week later. 

Now with all the doctor visits and all we know that he has 9% left in his kidneys, one of his kidneys measure at 7.4 and the other one is  a regular size at 9.8
Both of his kidneys are failing so he needs a Transplant now and is getting ready for dialysis. I am now his caretaker since he can no longer work as of now. 

We have 2 kids that are 4 and 2 years old. 
I am raising this money to help us pay all out of pocket expesses for medication and from the hospital as well for his transplant. 

Nothing is too less, anything will help. He has a whole life still to look foward too.
