Jessica's medical cancer fund

My sister Jessica's life was changed 6 months ago when she was diagnosed with stage 1 leiomyosarcoma cancer. Leiomyosarcoma is a rare type of soft tissue cancer that started to develop around her uterine muscles. On March 23rd she had surgery to remove the mass, and soon after she started her rounds of chemotherapy. As time went on, the doctors did some more scans and found that the cancer had started spreading to her liver. She continued chemo and went for her 6 month checkup on wed. That day we found out the most devastating news. Not only did they say the chemo didn't work but, we found out that it has spread aggressively to her lungs and said she had 2 -5 years to live. My sister is 28 years old and has 4 beautiful kids, the youngest being 5, that still need her in their lives. She wants to fight this not just for her but, for her children and her family. She is not ready to quit and give up. So, we called MD Anderson in Houston and found out that she got accepted into the cancer center. I am making this page to help give my sister every fighting chance she can get. This money will help get her there and receive the treatment that can potentially save her life so, she can be here for her kids. Please, anything helps. We can't lose her. Her kids cant lose her.
