Jessica Stauber Oneill

Jessica Stauber O'Neil is a 32-year-old mother of two beautiful little girls, Chloe age 7 and Emma age 5. Jessica was recently diagnosed with Myotonic disease, A rare and hereditary form of muscle dystrophy that attacks not only the muscles but the organs to. While noticing the onset of symptoms back around February, Jessica's condition is worsening day by day and has forced her to be placed on long term disability, and has also forced her husband Tim to have to stay home to take care of her, while hopefully awaiting aide services. The doctors say this condition will continue to progress and that there is no cure, this illness has caused Jessica to only be able to do very limited activities of daily living, for herself, she has to rely on a walker and a wheelchair to get around and it makes caring for herself and her two daughters more difficult. Jessica's disability income has become the only source of income for this family of four and has been drastically reduced by more than half of what they were used to living on. Jessica and Tim have cut out many of their expenses, things such as cable, Internet, and other things but with the cost of everyday living expenses such as food, their mortgage, heat, electric, insurance, vehicle to get back and forth to the drs, etc, their income coming in is much less than their expenses going out. Jessica and Tim have never had to ask for any help nor do they want to, so I took it upon myself to see if I could ask the public if they are willing to help this family in anyway, even if it's just emotional support. Jessica is a dear family and friend of mine, she would do anything for anyone, and I think it would be great to see the community come together and try to help Jessica, Tim and their two beautiful daughters.
