My family and I are requesting funds to help support my father and his soon to be memorial. My father has struggled for many years with different health issues such as, diabetes, heart failure, several back surgeries and has suffered since he was 27 and is now 49.
My father has recently has been diagnosed with calciphylaxis, which is due to his kidney disease. My father's bodie has given up on him and doctors have advised us to prepare for his memorial. We are trying to raise Funds so we can provide my father with a decent memorial.
I would like to share a little about my father. He has always been very hard working and always dedicated to his family. My father has been an amazing and a humble man that was very involved in his community of Watsonville. My father has raised toys for children in need, has adopted families for the holidays, was a karate teacher for the YMCA, was father of the years in 2012 for the Papas program, as well as helped youth build low rider bikes to keep them away from gangs, and has always loved giving back to the his community.
I have been fortunate to have him as a father for he has been a role model to me. Doing this fund has been painfull for me because it is becoming real and I wish it was not, so we are reaching out and asking for help and support in our time of need.
