Jerry & Carolyn Relief Fund

Dear Family and Friends, 

It is with a heavy heart that we write to ask for your help. 

For those of you that don't know, after a prolonged battle with complications from cancer treatment and end stage kidney failure, Jerry reached the difficult decision to end dialysis treatment and enter hospice care two weeks ago. 

Despite his numerous surgeries, complications and financial hardships, Carolyn continued to work and Jerry assisted her as much as he was physically able, right up until the last few weeks

Jerry's condition has rapidly deteriorated and he currently needs 24 hour round-the-clock care. Carolyn needs to be there for him as much as possible, but unfortunately, despite their best efforts and planning, they have exhausted their resources and savings.

It's not easy to ask for help, but if you are able to pitch in and keep Carolyn at home with Jerry as much as possible in this difficult time, we would be grateful for your assistance. 

For those that aren't in a position to help, we would also appreciate your thoughts, prayers and well wishes.
