It is with great sadness that our family asks for your help.
This is the story of my Cousin
SSG Travis Branson and his battle.
Travis served 2 tours in Iraq, 1 tour in Afghanistan and 1 tour in Korea. He would do anything for his Country, even if it meant being away from his family.
Travis' battle started in 2013 diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in December.
Like everything he did in life, he fought hard.
Then on Christmas day 2016,
Travis was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia.
As a family they decided to give it their all to fight the hard fight AGAIN!
Through it all was his beautiful and loving wife Jenni Guy Branson and their two young children, Brianna(14) and Travis(13). Travis and Jenni have been happily married for 15 and a half years. Jenni and Travis decided to send the children to stay with her parents to start the 2017 school year, and give Travis and Jenni time to fight for their future. Travis spent his 44th Birthday in a coma. The wonderful nurses at the VA in Seattle had a dinosaur themed party for him.
Sadly Travis lost his fight on September 7, 2017, peacefully and snuggling with his beautiful Jenni to the end.
We are devastated as a family.
This was an amazing man, father, soldier and husband.
As a family we would like to ask for help getting Jenni, Brianna and Travis reunited. Jenni has to fly from Seattle to Anchorage to take care of a storage unit with 17 years of memories and help her get what she can back to Louisiana to start their new adjusted life. Please help even if only $1!
