I have set an immediate goal of $10,000.00 to cover my insurance deductible and some of my running medical & living expenses while I am unable to work.



As you may or may not know, I was injured this past July 4th, 2013.
Out of the most unexpected and terrible circumstances, there was a firework accident. I am grateful that I was able to react quickly enough to protect a beautiful little girl. Meanwhile I am left with many medical issues from the explosion and the shrapnel that lodged itself in to my leg.

I need to lean on a little good faith and luck from everyone right now. There is a lot of love that I have received and I feel it has been tremendously helpful in keeping my spirits up through this time of healing.

I am requesting that everyone do what they can and please donate but also please share this link and my story with your friends, family, and colleagues... I know this is a bold request but nothing would help more powerfully right now than your support and your help in reaching my goal while I work hard to heal and get back on my feet.
