Jemma's Recovery
Donation protected
Hi All,
As some of you may know, Jemma has been in and out of hospital since early August suffering from Encephalitis (an infection on the brain). Everything looked on the up and up, however a few days after finishing her initial treatment, Jemma took a downturn and was hospitilised once again, suffering a seizure as she was being admitted back in to hospital.
Because of this, Jemma is now on a long road to recovery. Suffering from severe confusion and it's associated side-effects, she is unable to drive for at least the next six months and will not be able to return to work for quite some time . The doctors are currently unsure what has caused the ongoing confusion and illness, however they believe she has been going through silent seizures which have caused scarring on her brain.
We don't know how long it will be until Jemma is able to stand on her own two feet, and we are doing our best to support her through this tough time in her life. We thought we would create a gofundme to allow anyone else the opportunity to give Jemma a helping hand.
Please feel free to donate as much or as little as you like, we really would appreciate anything that could go towards helping Jemm and her animals while she is recovering.
Thanks guys xx
