Jeff McKittrick's Liver Transplant

At 55 years old, our amazing friend, Jeff McKittrick of  Huntington, Ma, became unexplanably ill last fall.  He is  now at end stage liver disease brought on by an inherited autoimmune disease. The final stages....  Jeff is an amazing father, husband and friend.  He has been approved for the liver transplant list.  As this is wonderful news, it is also extremely difficult to control.  As his health changes, he goes up and down in priority on the list, never knowing where he will stand day by day.
Jeff has an amazing outlook and is very positive.  Those who know him, know his incredible outlook on life and the importance of family and friends.

SO... The amazing news is that there is a viable donor, Jeff's nephew Michael is a match!  But of course there are complications....Jeff's insurance covers most of the expenses, but there are certain things that will need to be covered.  The most important thing will be to cover Michael's personal insurance and other expenses, as he will have to take a few months off from his job in Arizona and stay here to recuperate.  
It is our wish to try and alleviate some of this from Jeff and Andrea.  It is of the utmost importance that they are  able to focus in this end stage. 
As Micheal is the only match we have and is willing to do this, getting Michael here NOW is of the utmost importance.  If this is not possible, the need for a liver is imminent.....
