Help me to keep my House

Life threw me a loop. I recently & unexpectedly lost my Mom to stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. She was diagnosed very late and died after 2 weeks. This sudden occurrence is not something that was planned for.  As a result, I'm finding myself in need of help to keep the house we purchased together.

This money will be used to make a large deposit on the mortgage and refinancing to lower my monthly payment. There's also repairs that need to be made so that the house is safe & livable.
