Jeannette's Road to Recovery

Jeannette Poulin Holt, a 40 year old wife and mother of 3, was diagnosed with a brain tumor on February 23, 2018. Given no time to adjust to the news, Jeannette was told she would need to get the tumor removed as soon as possible. The following day was a possible day for surgery. However, the surgeon felt more comfortable doing it 4 days later with his usual team and OR room. The tumor started taking over quick. 3 days after the diagnosis, her speech was slurred, her memory was failing her, her eyesight was deteriorating, and she could barely walk alone. It was a scary experience that happened all too fast. Finally, on February 27, 2018, Jeannette and her husband Dan's wedding anniversary, the surgeon was able to remove the majority of the tumor, but not all. To help shrink the rest, radiation is necessary. The nearest place for radiation is one hour one way.  Any donation will be greatly appreciated to help pay for the cost of medical bills, radiation, travel, and gas.
