Jackie Walker Memorial Fund

On Mother's Day, 2014, Jackie was taken to the hospital with slurred speech. What began as a precautionary visit to the hospital turned out to be a long term stay.

For those that know Jackie Cortes-Walker, she suffered a brain aneurysm about 7 years ago and after some time made a remarkable recovery. However this time, Jackie's recovery has proven to be very difficult. After under-going surgery to remove another brain tumor, Jackie has suffered 2 strokes and multiple seizures. She is still not able to speak or move on her own. Although the progress has been slow, there has been progress.

In order to continue her long term medical care it will require substantial financial costs, many of which the insurance companies will not be willing to pay. We need the help of ALL of the Walker's friends and family during this difficult time. Together we can help with Jackie's recovery efforts and hopefully bring her back home to Ferall, Sydney & Kayla where she belongs.
