Jdub “Gypsy Cowboy” Recovery Fund

Jerry Wayne Busby, “J.W.”, Jdub, the Gypsy Cowboy, Beaver Creek Legend of almost 40 years (this season is #40) was in a nearly fatal head-on collision with a semi truck on Weds. June 9th.

Per his family and doctors he is in critical/stable condition and “vital aspects of his condition were stable and favorable to his condition” (brother, Buzz).

Many have asked how they can help, so I decided to start a support fund for JW’s upcoming medical and life expenses throughout his recovery. 

JW has been a close family friend my entire life and over the past decade has become a father figure and close friend to me. He is family. I love him to pieces and this seems like a great place to start giving back to this gem of a human. I do not have any medical information or updates at the moment. 

He has spent the last 40 years saving lives. Let’s band together to lift him up. ❤️
