A Family Lost Everything in a Fire

Lakesha Benjamin is a humble and hardworking single mother of two daughters. Just this past year she to on the role of a mother again by raising her younger sister by taking her out of the foster care system. On January 3rd around 4:30 AM their home was completely destroyed by a fire. Her youngest daughters birthday was on Christmas Day. Not only did the children lose all of their Christmas presents but she also lost all of her birthday present and her birthday memories.The house was a total loss, Thankfully the family members were safe at time of fire.
