Cody's Transplant Fund

I’ve been battling Diabetes Melitus 1 for 24 years which has led to stage 5 kidney disease and high blood pressure. As most people know, type1 diabetes also know as juvenile diabetes, attacks your organs over the years. As a result, my pancreas doesn’t work at all, and my kidneys are steadily declining which will soon result in me receiving dialysis. Currently, I’m in need of a kidney and pancreas and have recently been placed on the active Kidney transplant national list with the United Network of Organ Sharing at the Medical University of South Carolina Transplant Center. I will be having both transplants done at the same time.

I work full time and still fulfill my spiritual obligations. However my energy is very low, but with God’s strength I’m able to provide for my family. Once I receive my double transplant, I will be in recovery for 4 months.
