The 2017 Nevada County Cat Crisis
Tax deductible
Our objective is to tackle the overpopulation of cats in our area. We have donors willing to match, dollar for dollar (up to $50,000), every contribution that comes in to help with this problem. This will give us $100,000 to implement our plan. We are looking to raise the funds in the next couple weeks and then take ACTION! All contributions are tax deductible! There are several known colonies of un--neutered and un-spayed cats in the area and we are going to focus on that population first. After that, we'll focus on specific areas one at a time to encourage neutering/spaying services for free or at very reduced rates to the public (Alta Sierra, Lake of the Pines, Penn Valley, downtown Grass Valley, downtown Nevada City, etc., etc.,). Thank you so much for your consideration of donating to this fund!
