Medical Procedure Needed

Our friend John is in a real bad spot. He needs a procedure done that cost about $1500 that his insurance won’t cover. He hasn’t worked since May due to all of his medical issues. Aside from his diabetes and pancreas, he started having seizures. They still haven't figured out why. He's also began to go blind so he goes monthly to have injections into each of his eyes to save his vision. He takes numerous medications and up until recently he did not have insurance coverage. He has pain and vomiting almost everyday. The social security disability claim was denied, so he has zero income. He wants to work, but with no warning of when he may have a seizure, horrible pain and the nausea/vomiting, he can't work safely. He's a nurse who helps others, yet he can't get the help he desperately needs. He would love to give his son John Carlos a Christmas as well. John is a devoted father and friend, he would do anything for someone, even give the shirt off his back.
