Buying myself a PC

Hi, my name is Misha and I'm 13 years old 2nd-year middle school. I'm passionate about aeroplanes, whether it's following them or spotting them, taking pictures of them and hopefully flying them. And that's why I need to buy myself a computer. With this computer I'm hoping to buy, with your help I'll be able to install a flight simulator software which will give me a start towards reaching my goal of becoming a pilot.
