Jazman's Medical Fund

As some of you may know, our dear friend Jazman was recently diagnosed with Mediastinal large B-Cell Lymphoma.  In November she noticed swelling in her chest and neck which resulted in a visit to the ER and an admission at SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.  Testing showed a large mass in her chest that was wrapped around arteries, cutting off blood flow to her face and neck that ended up being diagnosed as cancer.  In early December she sought treatment at UW Hospital and Clinics in Madison, WI where she has been hospitalized twice since that time for complications.  She is currently receiving outpatient chemotherapy, which involves driving to Madison three times a week.   As you can imagine Jazman is unable to work and her husband has had to miss work for her continued treatment.  I have started this go fund me page to help Jaz with ongoing medical bills, gas expenses, and missed work.     

Anyone who is close with Jazman knows that she is a selfless person who is always willing to lend a helping hand without hesitation.  This is our opportunity to give back and to help Jazman during these difficult times.  Any donations, small and large, are welcomed and very much appreciated.
