Jayne Dalee fund for Rehabilitation

Donation protected
I have personally known Jayne Dalee and her mum Dot since been a young girl from Anlaby Road
Jayne has 4 children and 6 grandchildren that absolutely adore her
Jayne had also put her back into mysterious minds and supported her daughter Chelsey after the sad loss of Jamie and raised thousands of pounds to help Chelsey set up Mysterious Minds to help others financially and give support to the survivors of suicide

To cut a long story short I lost my daughter Mols in July 2019 and Chelsey Dalee donated towards Mols funeral at this point I didn’t even know that Mysterious Minds existed
Chelsey asked me to join Mysterious Minds and become a Trustee alongside her after raising money for my Mols 1st anniversary.
I then began raising more funds, and supporting families, some on a one to one basis that had lost there loved ones to suicide and I have made new friends for life through our own sorrows.
Chelsey doesn’t know it and neither did I at the time but she threw me a life line and gave me a purpose to carry on and I am as passionate about Mysterious Minds as is Chelsey
I didn’t know when I first came aboard that Chelsey and Leona where actually Jayne’s Daughters and we became firm friends again, until a terrible tragedy happened leaving Jayne with no way of communication
Jayne has always been an outrageous character that could make anybody laugh in the saddest of situations but she is also filled with such kindness and empathy for others
In December 2021 at the age of 55 sadly Jayne was rushed to hospital with a blood clot and an aneurysm on the brain which needed urgent medical treatment
Jayne had a stent fitted to help shrink the clot and the aneurysm
Unfortunately the brain surgery didn’t go to plan leaving Jayne fully paralysed on her full left side and blind
Leading Jayne to needing 24/7 care
Jaynes family have been amazing in her care particularly Chelsey & Leona
In all of this Chelsey has never wavered in her dedication to Mysterious Minds while caring for her mum full time too
Chelsey won local hero of the year in April 2021 and it really was well deserved
I have been following Jayne’s journey by talking to Chelsey and asking how Jayne is doing and this is how I know what is really going on.
Unfortunately Jayne is still bed bound ,her speech has improved slightly but still not where it should be and she is unable to go anywhere and also her physiotherapy is due to come to an end
The family have been researching ways to help get there mum in a better place and the only option to them would be to go to a rehabilitation centre which is based in Hull and it’s called Motion Rehab it has excellent reviews and also has a brilliant success rate for recovery
This will cost about £7000 and this will take some raising they are looking at ways to borrow money to get the help that there mum needs
In my opinion Chelsey has given herself selflessly to Mysterious Minds and always made sure that she can help people financially even if it’s not due too suicide.
I hope you all agree in fact I know you all will because the city of Hull and the people from here are amazing at helping people in times of great financial distress.
I think it’s time we gave something back to this lovely young lady who has a heart of gold and would do anything for anybody, she just wants her mum back and with this treatment if we can raise the funds for jayne to go in rehabilitation, we can put a smile back on a face that has helped so many people and continues to do so.
Chelsey and Leona do not know about this post or even that I have plans to help raise this much needed money and I’m hoping that everybody who feels like they want to give something back to help Chelsey,In her time of need for all that she has done for us all ,will contribute towards this special cause to get there mum back on her feet
Please all share this post and let’s give something back to this lovely family that now find themselves in need of financial help ❤️
I can’t thank you all enough because I know that you will help me to help Chelsey get Jayne the help she needs xx
