We as Jaylee's sisters, wanted to get together and take some stress away from my sister and her husband in this time and thought this may help them and their little baby boy for the future .
On the 18th of January 2021, at only 29yrs old my sister suffered a Brain Annuresym Rupture whilst at work.
She was raced to emergency Brain surgery at the Royal Brisbane Hospital where we were told to expect the worst.
Jaylee made it through the surgery & was placed in a medically induced coma in ICU.
Jaylee is fighting, and so is her baby boy.
To assist with Jaylee's recovery we couldn't think of what else to do, other than perhaps raise some funds for things that go under the radar in times of need such as rent, car payments, phone bills etc. And to assist with things Jaylee may need to return home and for her recovery.
Jaylee faces more risks and surgeries having found a second annuresym on her right side of the brain. Which her neurosurgeons are monitoring closely and setting a plan for her to get through this first hurdle of recovery and then proceeding to deal with the second annuresym.
Jaylee is a nurse and worked everyday caring for others. Her husband Josh, as you can imagine is not working at the moment and is it at Jaylee's bedside day and night.
They are expecting their first baby & i would love to take away the stress of bills and making ends meet in this time of need which will be a long road.
Any little bit will help and will be met with gratitude and appreciation.
