On September 14, 2017, Jay Fredson had heart valve replacement surgery in Salt Lake City, UT.
Although he is covered by insurance, his deductible is very high and he will have a lot of extra expenses.
Jay is a highly valued member of the Shedhorn Sports family. He is hoping to be back to Ennis in a couple weeks, but will have a long recovery. During this time, he will be off work. His wife, Nicole, will also be off work while he is in Salt Lake City and also to take him to therapy and follow-up visits.
Donations made will go towards covering his deductible as well as travel expenses and household bills while they are off work.
We are wishing Jay a speedy recovery. Please help us help them to focus on getting better.
