Hello my name is Ben and my puppy's name is Jax. On October 12th both left legs were run over by a car. Front leg is fractured and needs to have surgery to set the bone. The rear leg has suffered to much trauma and will need to be amputated. The estimate is between $7,000 - $10,000. With out the surgery they will have to put him down.

Jax was born on March 8th 2018. He is a very energetic puppy who loves nothing more than playing fetch. Please help Jax by donating to cover his medical expenses or by sharing this page.
