Donation protected

Money donated will go to help Lauren and Brayden with expenses for living along with cremation costs.

Post from Jason’s Mom:

As so many of you know, Jason was in a horrific dirt bike, accident a week ago of which there was severe head trauma.

To family, friends and all who loved, knew my son,

With heavy hearts and great sadness, Lauren, Elijah Jr and I (his mother) wanted you to know that although we fought hard to bring Jason home, God had another plan for him.

Jason was so full of life, passion in all he did, a sense of humor, smart, adventuresome, loving, adored his family especially his children and touch the lives of all who met or knew him. He loved dirt bikes; was a skilled, pro status rider, loved surfing, snowboarding and so many other things.

Jason would be the first to tell you he and Lauren Pearson are soul mates, she is the love of his life, the mother of his youngest son Brayden, father of two other amazing and beautiful Children, Skylar and Landon, the brother of Elijah Rosenfeld who these two could have not been closer as brothers and confided in each other and son of Elijah Rosenfeld Sr. Jason is my youngest son; my baby and I have cherished him from the day he was born. He would tell me, Mom you are my best friend. He comes from a very big family, uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family (friends)……. the list huge, but Jason loved each and every one, sharing memories to last ten lifetimes.

Jason is an organ donor, something he wanted and had signed up for years ago, to give life to others. His spirit and life will live on through those who are recipients.

We will be announcing the location and time of his memorial/celebration of life in the next day or two, which will be next Saturday. We all and I know my Jason would love everyone to come share your funny stories, fun times and experiences with us.

We appreciate all of your outpour of prayers, love and support!
Help spread the word!

ORIGINAL POST:
As many of you may have heard, Jason had an accident at Gorman Motorcross track yesterday and was air lifted to Henry Mayo in Valencia. They had to do an emergency craniectomy to relieve the pressure on his brain from all the swelling and remove a blood clot. He’s currently in ICU in a coma. We have no idea how long he will be in a coma or what his prognosis looks like at this time. They will need to wait a few days before they are able to do an EEG to check for brain activity.

The family appreciates all the prayers, prayer chains, calls and visits.  They would like to ask everyone to continue to pray and believe strongly in the power of prayer.

I’m starting this GoFundMe since Jason is the sole provider for their family and Lauren is a stay at home mom and has no way to cover their monthly costs. We also have no way of knowing how much his medical costs will end up being.

Whether you are family, Motorcross family, friends or simply friends through facebook, please consider donating something (no amount is too small) to help Jason and his family. Any money donated will go to Lauren to cover the current expenses and future medical expenses.

Here are pictures of Jason, Lauren, Brayden and Skylar. While he's  healing, I know he would want them to be taken care of.
