Jasmine's Gender Care and Hormone Fund

Hi all, my name's Jasmine and I'm...short. No wait, I'm a trans woman.

I'm a PROUD, BROWN, MUSLIM, trans woman, so proud in fact that I talk and write about it as part of my job. I also love wildlife, telling stories and being a know-it-all...about wildlife and science...and people...and stuff.

To make all of this happen, I have to feel affirmed in my own body and my identity, and as someone who's grown up in a heteronormative environment as an Assigned Male At Birth person, I FIGHT the trauma I have with HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY, and GENDER AFFIRMING CARE, and recently I've been too poor to pay for my hormones and medication consistently, and haven't even been able to start affirming care, which for me looks like LASER HAIR REMOVAL (facial hair), possibly BREAST AUGMENTATION SURGERY, and maybe even BOTTOM SURGERY...

This fund is to help me pay for the hormones and hormone blockers I get from GenderGP; which also means I need help with my subscription fees, and checkup fees, and also to help me pay for Laser Hair removal for my face, as this is a strong point of dysphoria and discontentment for me...the rest I'm still grappling with, so just that for now.

I am trying to change the ways we view people, nature, environments, ideas, and writing. I'm trying to fund myself as an author, a scientist and a creator, and as I've been cut off from my family and struggle with various mental health issues, I would love your help, whoever you are (magical beasts and bacteria included), in affirming me in my body, so I can be confident in what I say and how I say it, and how I present myself, to fight for those whose voices I project every day.

I want to love who I am, LOVE the trans magic I know I am, and see myself as I know those who love me see me. This will help me get there xxx
