Dear friends, family, FB friends, Bridgemen drum & bugle corps nation, all drum & bugle corps members, staff, and fans & all whom it may concern,
Late August our beloved Jarrett "Moe" Nadrowski, father John Nadrowski, Former President, current Vice President of Bridgemen Organization, mother Kathy Jo Nadrowski, brother of Katie Nadrowski and Jennifer Lopez, was admitted to Bayonne Hospital. He had zero use of his left leg due to Degenerative Disk Disease, which he had a surgery for in May, and hallucinations which we had no clue what the cause was. Doctors thought a possible psychotic break from the trauma of the surgeries and the loss of the use of his leg until he started running fevers and having seizures. All tests came back normal, no anomalies what so ever. Friday September 28th at 6:30pm they called a rapid response team to prevent him from a code blue. At 8:15pm he coded for the first time. At 8:30pm he coded for the second time. At 12:30am 3 doctors and 5 nurses entered his room in the ICU to inform us that he had zero brain activity and the prognosis was very poor. They would run repeat CTs and MRIs in the morning and have a video EEG on him continuously for 36 hours. Unfortunately, despite all the hard work and best efforts of Bayonne Hospital and all the love and prayers, he was gone and without any obvious answers as to how we lost such a beautiful, loving man so suddenly. Leaving us much too soon at only 36 years old, a little over a month away from his 37th birthday. With these tragic events, Johns end stage Lung Cancer, Kathy's Degenerative Disk Disease, Diabetes, and Fibromyalgia that has handicapped and retired her, our family has to come up with the money for his services, bills, and due to a recent layoff as a Longshoreman which terminated his insurance, hospital fees as well. Any and all donations are GREATLY appreciated and will help ease the financial burden during this tragic time.
