Jared's lost wages relief fund

On June 20, 2017, Jared Banes was working at the State Center Meat Company and suffered an horrendous accident which more than likely will leave him with permanent damage to his left hand. He was working with a band saw to break down beef and lacerated the entire top of his left hand, severing all of the tendons on the top of his left hand as well as completely severing his pinky finger all the way through the bone and cutting a large amount of bone out of his ring finger.
Because he works as a butcher, and has to use his hands every day in order to work, he will not be able to be employed for at least 2-4 months. He has had surgery to repair the severed tendons and breaks, and the surgeon had to put 3 pins in his little finger and also pin his pinky finger into his ring finger.

He and his family feel very blessed by the fact the workman's comp will pay for all of his medical expenses, his physical therapy, and all prescriptions.
However, the timing of this accident was extremely unfortunate;
Jared has been employed at the State Center Meat Company for several years, but he had just recently gone back to work full time there. He had originally worked there full time but then took on a full time position as the head chef and nighttime kitchen manager at Smokin G' s restaurant. He continued to work part time at the State Center Meat Company, and though maintaining both jobs stretched him thin, he was a remarkable and reliable employee and utilized his excellent time and task management skills to remain at both places. He continued to work both jobs for about a year and a half at which point the State Center Meat Locker changed ownership. The previous owners Ralph and Janis Roloff continued to work there for two more months in order to facilitate a smooth transition. During that time, the previous owner Ralph communicated to the new owners Chuck and Donna that Jared would essentially be the new "Ralph" and would do whatever they could to get him on full time there, As a result, the new owners offered Jared a full time position at an increased wage, as they understood him remaining employed there was paramount to their continued success.
Unfortunately, he had only been reestablished as a full time employee there for 3 weeks before the accident occurred. Because workmans comp goes back 13 weeks when assessing compensation deserved for lost wages, and since Jared was only working between 8-12 hours a week at a lower wage for 10 out of the 13 weeks, their lost wages compensation received will only be about one 8th of what he would be paid were he able to work.

Jared is the "bread winner" of his family, supporting his wife and 14 yr old daughter. His wife, Shevaun is doing everything that she can to make ends meet, including taking extra shifts at her job, obtaining an early morning paper route, and looking for any other part time employment. But these efforts will simply not be enough.
Any help that could be given will be greatly appreciated.
