Jared's Med Bills/Family Help

Jared Chavez is a 25 year old, young man from Fallbrook, CA who lives for adventure and traveling. Even at his young age, he has already traveled to many countries around the world, including Australia, Costa Rica and Scotland just to name a few. Jared's hard-work and dedication at Stone Brewery over the past several years, has given him the opportunity to create memories while traveling the world. Jared lives life to the fullest and is always searching for the next destination.

However, on December 17th, his destination changed and his future plans, were put on hold. On his way to work, the same route he took everyday for five years, Jared was hit head on by an intoxicated driver, who was near double the legal limit. Jared was life-flighted to Scripps Memorial Hospital with severe brain injuries and a fractured hip. Thankfully, since the accident, Jared's condition has stabilized. Yet, Jared's recovery is far from over. He is fighting everyday to be the person we all know him to be.

Jared is the best person I know. He has a loving and caring soul, and knows how to bring out the best in anyone. Just about everyone of his friends has a honest and compelling story why Jared is his or her best friend. He is very special to many people and deserves a long, happy and healthy life. We are so thankful and appreciative to the many doctors and nurses at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla for the terrific work they have done so far. However, their billing department is brutal and that's why we need your help. As his friends, we are asking that anyone who knows Jared or just wants to help a person in need, to please donate whatever you can. Any help, big or small, goes a long way. We are aware times are tough and it's the holiday season, but what could be more important than the life of someone you love.
