This is Janis, a registered nurse from California. She is just one of many thousands of people risking their lives everyday working on the frontlines to keep the community safe in what has become the most unprecedented and unpredictable time of our world today.
On Wednesday, 22nd of July 2020 Janis started experiencing symptoms of fever and shortness of breath. She attended a clinical testing facility and sadly returned a positive result for COVID-19.
One week later on Wednesday, 29th of July 2020 Janis was admitted into the ICU as she was having difficulty breathing.
These much needed funds will not only assist in Janis' treatment and current medical needs but will also help her family during this time of uncertainty.
