Janet's Charity Sky dive for Cancer Society
Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Irish Cancer Society and every donation will help.
Last year I had another run in with the big C, and while I am one of the many fortunates after some treatment to return to a normal life, I appreciate there any some that are not as lucky.
So as an appreciation for the journey that the Irish Cancer Society guides so many through, I'm taking on my ultimate fear, heights.
For those that know me, I get vertigo sitting in the upper stand at Croke Park, been on my knees at the top of St Canices Cathedral tower in kilkenny and I can barely manage a floating stairs or a lift with a glass side.
On the 15th April, from somewhere between 10,000 and 13,000 feet I'll jump fron a plane on a tandem jump with the Irish Parachute Club.
I know that cancer has touched so many lives and this cause will forever have a special place in my heart.
Thank you in advance for any contribution you can make.
Should you be daring, why not jump with me on the day?
