This is an exceptionally important battle because:
◦Kids learn best in school
◦Teachers teach best in school
◦Extra-curriculars are a vital component of healthy and happy kids
◦Virtual teaching for K-12 may be the future but it is not the present.
◦The CDC and numerous pediatric associations endorse safe opening of K-12.
◦It is easier to accommodate “at risk” students, teachers and staff than a wholesale disruption of student learning.
Our family who agreed to be our plaintiff cannot support this cause alone.
If you would consider supporting the cause, any amount helps. We have lined up some of the best medical experts and we must pay them for their time consulting and testifying. Any unused contributions will be gifted to the District’s Legacy Foundation.
NOTE: 100% of all donations will be applied to filing fees, experts and a portion of legal fees. All the lawyers are either working pro bono or on substantially reduced basis. Unspent donations will be donated to the students of Upper Arlington Schools.
