Jan Kyle Surgery Procedure

My name is Bonifacia Costner, I am asking for help for my friend’s son Jan Kyle Rarogal. He is 8 years old and residing in Valencia Negros Oriental Philippines. Jan Kyle was noted to have Cyanosis at birth. The cardiac evaluation revealed a Congenital Heart Disease, Transposition of the Great Arteries with Ventricular Septal Defect and severe Pulmonary Stenosis.  Surgery was advised for Jan Kyle called Blalock Tausig Shunting.  He had  undergone repeated Phlebotomy  every 4-6 months. Last September 2019 he was hospitalized for a month and he had Brain Abscess associated with Middle Celebral Artery Infraction treated medically.
