James (Jimsie) McAdam Cancer Fund

My name is Arlene, my parents are Jimsie & June MacAdam.  My father has been putting up an amazing fight with prostate cancer,  one we thought he was winning.  As most of us who have had to deal with cancer in our families know, even though we don't give up the fight...neither does cancer .  My father now has cancer in the bones and has started chemotherapy, which is taking the good out of him quickly. Also, as a result of the prostate cancer, he has had a bladder pump inserted, which has stopped working and he is awaiting surgery in Halifax for this.

As everyone knows, the stress alone when dealing with cancer is enough in itself, then the added stress of financial burden, prescriptions, supplies, etc.  is too much to deal with for some.

My father has always been a very strong man, always helping anyone that needed it, especially myself.  He is also a very proud man and would never want to ask for help...so I am doing it for him.

I have set up this page so that family, friends or acquaintances can make any kind of donation if they wish to help with this burden. I do not want anyone to feel obligated in any way, your prayers alone will be just as much appreciated!  Please keep praying that someday all cancers will be beaten
