On May 19th, 2018 we lost a beloved friend, colleague and mentor in James Gallagher. Through many duty stations and endeavors, Jim represented the best Husband, Father, colleague and classmate to everyone. Jim leaves behind his wife Amanda and their three daughters, Lacey, Mollie and Aimee.
