Jakob's Journey

Young Jakob went into Levine's Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC for a procedure. Due to some unexpected issues, he spent over a week in the ICU, then was flown to Cincinnati, OH for more specialized care. His parents Kristy and Dylan have accompanied him on this journey. Dad Dylan works in Emergency services, and has dedicated his life to serving others.
Between medical bills, travel expenses, and time away from work, this family could use a helping hand making ends meet.
