Jakes Neck Surgery

If anyone knows me, they know Jake, he is my best friend and has been there pretty much for as long as I can remember. Jake has been struggling with a mass on the back of his neck that I have been tending to, to the best of my abilities, and it has come to a point where I can no longer take care of it and to remove the mass it is going to cost $1450.00 I really need to get this mass removed and I am reaching out to the Facebook community because Jake is my best friend and I can not afford to get this mass removed all on my own.
