Dear family + friends,

As many of you know, the Thomas Fire which started in Ventura on December 4th, has wreaked havoc on Southern California for almost 2 weeks now. On Monday morning, December 11th, our brother Jacob, his partner Serena, and our baby niece Uma lost their home, most of their possessions and Jacob's shaping studio. This was their first house as a family and after a year they had finally completed the renovations needed to make it a home.

While we couldn't be more grateful that they are safe, we are devastated that they have to rebuild from scratch. That being said, they need our help.

If you are able to help, we'd appreciate any contribution that you can make. We are hoping to get their family back to their normal routine and Jacob back to work (shaping boards) as quickly as possible.

All funds raised will be used to clean up the remains of their old house and workshop, replacing all household items (dishes, pots and pans, bedding, etc), furniture, interim housing, a new workshop for Jacob and hopefully a new home.

Any additional funds raised will go directly to friends of theirs who have also lost their homes and/or shaping studios and are out of work until they can find a new place to shape.
